Australia-wide delivery.
We charge one low flat shipping rate of $11.95 per order. Some exceptions may apply for larger, heavier items; these are clearly displayed as "fixed price shipping" during checkout.
Express post is displayed as an option for most items
We offer FREE regular Post Australia Wide for orders $250+
In addition, we offer you the choice of signature on delivery for $3.00 per parcel.
All the available shipping options for each item are shown during checkout.

- Organisations, Offices, Schools, Businesses, Hospitals, Aged Care Homes, etc. (Please ensure you put the name of the Organisation, floor/suite number, etc. in the delivery address)
International delivery.
At Teddy Bear Treasures, we charge the Australia Post weight-based air freight rate. For your peace of mind, all parcels are trackable online, and are sent sign for on delivery.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Australia Post prioritises EXPRESS. EXPRESS remains the fastest way to get delivery; however, Australia Post no longer offers a "Next Day Delivery" Service. We recommend you allow 2-4 working days for Express orders to arrive.
