- Australia wide delivery, We charge one low flat shipping rate per order of $9.95. We also offer an express post option for most items and free warehouse pick up in Croydon Park, 5008, Adelaide, South Australia. All the available shipping options for each item are shown in the checkout.
- International delivery, At Teddy Bear Treasures we charge the Australia Post weight based, air freight rate. For your peace of mind, all parcels are trackable online.
Australian COVID safe delivery is available to:

- Organizations, Offices, Schools, Businesses, Hospitals, Aged Care Homes, etc. [Please ensure you put the name of the Organization, floor/suite number etc. in the delivery address]
How Long will my order take to arrive?
Australia Post prioritizes EXPRESS.
EXPRESS remains the fastest way to get delivery, however Australia Post no longer offers a "Next Day Delivery" Express Service.is still the fastest way to receive your order.

Deliveries within Australia: We mainly use Australia Post mail service and StarTrack as it is the most secure way for you to receive your order and allows us to deliver to PO Boxes, RSD, & Secure Parcel Lockers. You may choose from Regular or Express service for eligible items at checkout. If you are not at home when the courier tries to deliver, your parcel may be carded for collection from your nearest Post Office.
Eligible pre-ordered and interstate warehoused items may be express posted, please allow additional for dispatch time. Very large items are delivered sign for on delivery by courier to street addresses only.
