We are happy to provide all of our customers with a Customer Satisfaction Guarantee.
You have the option to return what you have purchased from us if you are not totally satisfied or if it is not what you expected, subject to following conditions;  

Change of Mind Purchases:

a) The item must be returned within 14 days from the date of dispatch from our store.
b) The item must be returned complete in original condition and must include all labels and packaging.
c) The item must not have been used, smell or be dirty.
d) Items on special or reduced to clear are excluded.
e) Postage from us to you and from you to us is at your expense.
f)  For Change of Mind returns we will refund you the cost of the product only, and reserve the right to charge
a  restocking/cancellation fee to recover costs that will not exceed 15%

Return to Sender (RTS) Deliveries:

It is the customers responsibility to provide the correct complete address and to arrange to take collection of the item(s) they order. Where items are returned to us RTS by Australia Post or Courier, Teddy Bear Treasures will contact the customer and offer the customer their choice of either
a) sending the item again to the checked address, at the cost of the Customer
or
b) receipting the item back into store (providing that the item is in as sent condition) and refunding the customer the cost of the order, less the freight charge(s) and in some instances a restocking fee that will not exceed 15% of the purchase price.

Lost in Mail Deliveries: Australia Only

 It is the customers responsibility to provide the correct complete delivery address. All items sent by us have a unique tracking number. In the unlikely event that something is lost in the mail and confirmed as such by Australia Post or our Couriers, we will in consultation with the customer, either refund the order total via the same method by which we were paid or if preferred and available supply the item again.

Not Delivered Claims: Australia and International

 It is the customers responsibility to provide the correct complete delivery address. All items sent by us have a unique tracking number and items claimed as not delivered, will be checked against  Australia Post or our Couriers records. 
Where their records show that the item has been delivered no further action will be taken.
Where their records show that the item has not been delivered,
Within Australia, we insure and will in consultation with the customer, either refund the order total via the same method by which we were paid or if preferred and available supply the item again.
External to Australia we do not insure, International Customers have the option of insuring their deliveries, if an international customer wishes to insure they must contact us and arrange and pay for insurance prior to their order being shipped. If International customers choose not to insure, no claim for non delivery will be accepted, where proof of posting is held by the company.
  
Faulty Purchases:
We carefully check all items into store, however if an item arrives in a faulty condition, we are happy to offer you a refund and/or replacement.  All faulty items must be returned within 14 days in the condition in which you received them.

For Change of Mind, RTS, Not Delivered and Faulty Items:
Please allow 2-4 weeks for your return/refund request to be processed once the items have arrived instore.
Refunds will be issued using the original source of payment. ie credit card purchases will only be refunded to the credit card.
Please don't forget to contact us by email to request an RA Number and report faulty products prior to return.
